摘要
由于电网装机容量的快速增加,机组调停备用的情况经常发生,寻找方便、简单、经济、可靠的热力系统保养方法就成了动力化学工作者的一项任务。通过对锅炉停备用期间的腐蚀机理分析和现有锅炉停用保护方法的优缺点比较,提出用真空干燥法进行停炉保护的构想,这种方法是利用机组固有的设备和系统,在停用后对热力设备和系统进行真空干燥处理,以达到防止设备在停用期间发生电化学腐蚀的目的。本方法对炉型、季节等适应性广;不需增加任何设备和管道系统;不需要耗用水和任何化学药剂,无废液排放和处理问题;由于停用保护效果好,可缩短机组启动前的冲洗时间。
With rapid growth of installed capacity in power grid, the units' shutdown and stand-by occur frequently, as a result, it is necessary for the dynamic chemist to find a simple, economic and reliable maintenance. This paper analyzed the corrosion mechanism, compared the advantages and disadvantages of existing shutdown protection methods and proposed the vacuum drying method for shutdown protection. With inherent equipment and systems, the vacuum drying treatment can be used on the shutdown thermal equipment to avoid the electrochemical corrosion during boiler shutdown. This method is widely applicable to different boilers and seasons without any additional equipment and pipe systems; water and other chemicals are not required, nor wonT about wastes discharge and treatment. The efficiency of such protection during shutdown results in shorter purging time before the restarting of unit.
