摘要
针对实验室传感器系统实验仪采用RS-232通信方式,连续测量时不能实时显示动态过程的问题,提出了利用单片机系统实现数据采集、以USB100作为通信模块的改造方案,提高了单片机与PC机的数据传送速率,实现了被测信号的连续采集、动态显示、数据存储和历史曲线调用功能.
Aiming at sensor system experiment equipment in lab which can't display dynamic process on real time by using RS - 232 communication, a retrofit scheme of the system is put forward. In this system single chip computer is used to collect data, and a USB100 is used as communicating module between single chip computer and PC to improve the rate of data transmission. This system completes functions of continuous signal sampling, dynamic displaying, data saving and historical curve calling.
