介绍了力矩限制器的工作原理以及黑匣子技术在力矩限制器中应用的意义;阐述了黑匣子数据记录电路的设计、超载判断的依据以及数据的组织方式,给出了超载判断的软件设计流程图。
Presented the work principle of cane moment limiter and the significance of the application of “black box” technology in crane moment limiter. Expounded the design of the record circuit,the judge basis of over-loading and the structure of the data. Flow chart of the judge of over-loading was made.
