摘要
随着我国物流仓储设施的快速发展,多层阁楼式货架在各类仓库中得到了广泛应用。本文系统分析了阁楼式货架的结构特点和力学特点,对阁楼式货架有限元分析的网格结构模型和荷载模型进行了深入的探讨,提出了阁楼式货架有限元分析的计算模型和典型工况下的荷载组合,并应用该模型化方法进行实例分析与结果比较,效果很好。
With the fast development of warehousing equipment, mezzanine shelving systems have been widely used in various warehouses.This paper discusses structural and mechanics features of mezzanine shelving systems, gives deeper discussion on the FEA grid structure model and load patterns, and provides calculation model and load combination under typical operation conditions. A specific mezzanine shelving system is analyzed and calculated with the method and result comparison shows that the method is feasible and practical.
