摘要
起重机偏轨箱形梁横向加强板有加强板四周均焊和在受拉翼缘处空开2种焊接方式。以某冷轧带钢厂桥式起重机偏轨箱形梁为例,采用三维有限元法“板到体子模型”技术,比较分析了加强板2种焊接方式下主梁的变形、应力分布和承载能力。计算结果表明:加强板在受拉翼缘处空开时,主梁的承载能力比加强板四周均焊时高,且简化了焊接结构与工艺,但主梁刚度比加强板四周均焊时略小。
There are two methods for welding radial stiffeners to bias - rail box girder: welded all around and open at tensile flange. The overhead traveling crane used at a cold strip mill factory is given to study the deformation, stress distribution and load capacity of the main girder with 3D- FEA Shell - to - Solid Submedel method. The results show that the latter welding method delivers higher load capacity and slightly lower stiffness of main girder, and simpler welded structure and technology.
