摘要
介绍了一种电子散斑干涉测量仪,对其测量原理和结构进行了描述。用此仪器对铝蜂窝夹层结构、树脂基复合材料等试样进行了检测,得到了满意的试验结果。
An electronic speckle interferometry measuring apparatus is introduced. The measurement principle and the structure are described. The specimens of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure and resin matrix composites are tested with the apparatus. Satisfactory results are obtained.
