摘要 通过实施“水稻综合生产能力科技提升试点行动计划”,将水稻新品种及相配套的先进实用技术,采取建立“核心示范户”“核心示范区”与“辐射区”相结合的形式在重点粮食产区进行示范推广,是在目前形势下建立科技通向广大农村的“快车道”,促进粮食增产,农民增收的有效途径。 Demonstrating and disseminating new varieties of rice and corresponding supplementary advanced appropriate technologies in the key grain producing zones in way of combination of establishment of key model housholds and key model zones with establishment of spreading zones, by carrying out the action project for making experiments at selected points to promote the comprehensive productive capacity of rice by means of science and techmology, is an effective way to build an express road of science and technology to the vast rural areas in the current situation, promote grain production and increase farmersincome.
