摘要
数字图书馆指的是:以组织数字化信息及其技术进入图书馆并进行有效服务,包括通过网络访问外界图书馆等。我国还没有建设少数民族地区数字图书馆的项目实施,但不少民族地区已将特藏民族文献做数字化处理。真正意义上的少数民族地区数字图书馆的建设可通过数字化转接等来实现。
The digital library refers to the use of digital information and technique for library services, including the visit to outside libraries through Intemet. China has no such library project but in some minority areas the rare minority documents have been digitalized. Thus, the building of such library in the minority areas can be realized through digital transmission.
