摘要
长期以来,我国把经济类专业培养目标定位为“培养经济管理的高级专门人才”,但随着经济全球化以及高等教育的国际化趋势,这一提法显然不再适应新形势对经济类人才的要求。因此,我们提出经济类专业“创新型人才”概念,用以区别原有的培养目标,并剖析经济类专业创新型人才的实质内涵以及必备的基本素养和知识体系,同时对经济类专业创新型人才不同层次的培养目标进行具体的层次设定,以期在一个比较完整的基础上把握我国未来经济类专业创新型人才培养的目标定位。
For a long period, the cultivating objective of economics specialties has been aimed at “cultivating highranking specialized talent of management of economy” in our country, but with the trend of economic globalization and higher education internationalization, obviously this formulation can not meet the needs of specialized persons of economics specialties under the new situation. So we put forward the concept of “ innovative specialized people” to differentiate the original cultivating objective, analyze its substantive intension and essential attainments and knowledge system, at the same tine, set up concrete levels in terms of the cultivating objecitive s of different levels of innovative qualified people in economics.
