摘要
利用活性较强的玻璃质酸性矿物和工业废渣试验研究泡沫玻璃,不但原料来源广泛,并能改善物理性能。用浮石作为试验研究泡沫玻璃的基料,添加适当的碱金属或碱金属的氧化物,软化点由1100℃降到850℃,焙烧温范围扩大,热膨胀系数比玻璃粉小得多,产量比用纯玻璃粉制造泡沫玻璃提高10倍以上。
It is not only extensive in raw material source but also improved on the physical property of the product to produce cellular glass by utilizing glassy acid material having stronger activation and industrial waste residue. The authors utilizes pumice as the base material to test cellular glass,adding suitable amount or alkali metal or alkali metal oxide, its snftening point decreases from 1100℃ to 850℃,its roasting temperature range expands. Its heat expand coefficient is much smaller than glass powder and the output is increased more than ten times than the output by using pure glass powder.
