摘要
目的:为探讨脑瘫患儿的病因及防治对策。方法:对本院儿童康复中心的117例脑瘫患儿进行回顾性分析。结果:脑瘫的病因有产前、产时、产后因素,其中产时因素为主要因素,占58.1%,产前和产后因素分别占16.2%和17.9%,原因不明占7.7%。结论:加强孕期保健,提高产科质量,积极防治各种疾病,减少脑组织的损伤,是降低脑瘫发生率的关键。
Objective：To study the causes of cerebral palsy in children and its countermeasure of prevention and treatment.Methods：The causes of 117 children with cerebral palsy in the children rehabilitation center of women and children＇s hospital of Lianyungang were analysed retrospectively.Results：The antenatal factor,intrapartum factor and postpartum factor were the main causes of cerebral palsy in children,especially intrapartum factor,their percentages were 16.2%,58.1% and 17.9% respectively.While unknown cause was 7.7%. Conclusion：Stregthening the antenatal care,improving the obstetrical quallty,preventing all kinds of diseases positively and reducing the injury in cerebral tissue are the key to decrease the incidence of cerebral palsy.
