摘要
采用能表现人的主观模糊性的尺度,即用含有模糊元素的模糊关系逆问题法描述人才选择等决策问题,利用可观测量推断出无法观测(或短期间内无法观测)但在决策问题中极为重要的评价量,从而使评价具有更高的可信度和合理性。
In this research, the decision-making problem based on choice of persons in fuzzy relational equations with fuzzy elements is formulated by fuzzy measure which can reflect human subjective judgement. By this method, some important quantities which can not be directly observed can be infered from objectively observed date. The improvement in both of reliability and validity in the judgement can be expected.
