摘要
提出特征结构可精确配置的一个充要条件，讨论在保证极点精确配置条件下特征向量按指定值进行最佳近似配置的方法，并且给出针对各极点同时配置系统特征对的并行算法。
In this paper, a sufficient and necessary condition of accurately assigning eigen-structure is proposed.The optimal approximate method of eigen-structure assignment with the accurate pole is discussed.The parallel eigenpairs assigning method to each pole is given.
