基于观测器的传感器与执行器故障自动检测方法

摘要 设计构造了用于故障检测的系统观测器。根据故障对观测器新息的影响,给出了利用观测器新息的统计量对传感器故障和执行器故障进行检测的方法,并分析了该方法对故障检测的保障性条件。结合农产品加工中常用的热反应堆系统进行了故障模拟验证,结果表明这种检测方法计算简单,能有效检测传感器和执行器同时发生的故障。 An observer was designed for fault detection. In the light of the fact that the innovation of the observer was affected by faults ,a method using statistics of innovation was proposed to detect sensor or actuator fault or both. Conditions guaranteeing faults detectability was analyzed. Finally a heat exchanging system often used in farm product processing was taken as an example with fault simulation to test the validity of the scheme. The result shows that the scheme is effective to detect the faults simultaneously occurred both in sensors and in actuators with simple algorithm. The methodology can also be a previous research work for the future research on fault isolation.
