掺杂尖晶石LiAl_xMn_(2-x)O_4的合成与性能研究

摘要 采用固相法合成了掺杂改性的尖品石型锂锰氧正极材料。XRD结果表明所得材料均呈现良好的尖晶石结构。通过充放电性能测试,发现LiAl_xMn_(2-x)O_4的循环性能都有了很大程度的改善,循环30次后仍能保持较高的容量,其中以LiAl_(0.05)Mn_(1.97)O_4的循环性能最好。 The modified spinel lithium manganese doped with several ions was prepared by solid-state method. XRD results show that all the samples possesses perfect spinel structure. The charging and discharging test proves that the cyclic performance of LiAlxMn2-xO4 is improved obviously. The higher capacity is observed after 30 cycles, displaying the best cyclic performance of LiAl0.05Mn1.97O4.
