摘要
通过对重钢太和铁矿钒钛磁铁矿矿石性质、铁精矿磁团聚对旋流器分级效率的影响等方面的研究,提出了在粗选、扫选之后,分级之前选用高场强脱磁器以提高旋流器分级效率的研究方案。试验表明,采用高场强脱磁器,可使旋流器分级效率取得高达50.18%~52.6%的技术指标。
Through the research on the effect of the properties of vanadium-titanium magnetite ore and the agglomeration of iron concentrate of Taihe Iron Mine of Chong Steel on the classification efficiency of hydrocyclone, the research scheme for raising the classification of cyclones by high intensity demagnetizer before the elassifieation after roughing and scavenging was proposed . The test showed that the application of high intensity demagnetizer can help achieve a classification efficiency of hydroeyelone as high as 50.18% ~ 52.6%.
