摘要
通过介绍中国语言规划的目的、内容、发展历程等内容,评论《汉字现代化研究》在中国语言规划和文字现代化理论研究方面的意义。肯定它对汉字现代化,对中国语言工作方针政策的精辟论述,在同音词和“一语双文”问题上的透彻研究。同时对它存在的需要进一步探讨的问题提出了建设性意见。通过相关问题的分析,指出汉字文本词式书写的可行性和必要性,汉语拼音作为汉语音素文字使用的可行性和积极意义。
This paper comments the meaning of the book of “Study of Chinese Characters Modernization” in Chinese language planning and theoretical research of characters modernization, by introducing the purpose, content and development of Chinese language planning, etc.and affirms it＇s brilliant exposition on Chinese characters modernization, and the Chinese language working principles and policies,and a thorough research on the homonym and “one language and two characters” problems. Meanwhile, the paper has put forward the constructive suggestion to its questions needing to be further probed into at the same time. Through analysis of relevant problems, the article has pointed out the feasibility and necessity of writing on word in Chinese characters text, the feasibility and positive meaning of Chinese Pinyin used as Chinese phonemic characters.
