缺血性脑血管病神经保护治疗的研究进展

摘要 缺血性脑血管病发病后造成血管病损和神经元损伤致死亡的病理机制是多元的,如Ca2+超载和兴奋性氨基酸增多,也涉及NO、自由基、腺苷、多巴胺、5-HT、钾通道及磷酸二酯酶的异常改变.其中,以Ca2+超载及兴奋性氨基酸为主要病理变化.近几年来,人们对缺血性脑血管病造成脑损伤的研究取得了较大进展,并针对脑损伤的病因及病理机制进行了研究,提出了多种治疗方向和方法.
