摘要
高校毕业生就业制度的改革正向规范化、法制化的轨道迈进,毕业生正面临缴费上学、自主择业、供需见面、双向选择的就业体制。然而,我国大学生的就业形势却日趋严峻,毕业生就业难的问题已引起学校及社会各界的广泛关注,因此必须具体分析大学毕业生就业的形势和就业难的原因,并深入探讨缓解就业压力的措施。
