摘要
大沈阳经济区是指沈阳与周边经济社会活动有密切联系的地区所形成的“区域经济共同体”。它的建立对于振兴东北老工业基地具有重要的战略意义。但在建立这一经济区的过程中也不可避免的存在一些问题,这需要通过一体化运作、机制创新等有效途径来加以解决。
large Shenyang Economic Region is region economy conununity composed with Shenyang and surrounding regions which have tight relation with Shenyang on economy and sociey. Building it has important and stategic meaning for rejuvenation Northeast China Old Industrial base. On the course of build, there are many problems need to be solved by effective ways such as integration operation, system innovation and so on.
