摘要
通过对精益物流概念以及其特征的剖析,分析了精益物流在工程机械企业中应用的整体框架,最后,根据我国工程机械的行业特点,提出了构建我国工程机械企业精益物流的措施,以便提高我国工程机械企业的竞争力。
This paper analyses the application frame of lean logistics in construction machine enterprises by researching lean logistics＇ concept and its character, and gives out means to design lean logistics of china＇s construction machine enterprises to enhance their competition abilities in the end.
