摘要
本文首次提出了利用绿色GDP综合指数来衡量我国的可持续发展并且利用主成分分析法建立了相应公式。本文首先指出了我国目前的国民经济核算的指标体系中存在的问题以及建立可持续发展指标体系的重要性和迫切性,然后分析了国内外绿色GDP核算指标体系研究的进展、存在的困难以及本文提出的建立我国绿色GDP综合指数的作用,最后利用多元统计分析中的主成分分析方法推导出了我国绿色GDP综合指数的计算公式并指出了它的应用前景以及遗留的一些仍待探讨的问题。
This article examines the comprehension index of Green GDP in China, which is helpful to improve the study of the calculation system of Green GDP in China. It discloses current problems in the calculation of Chinese economic index and points out the significance and urgency to set up the index for sustainable economic development, examines the calculation systems of Green GDP both in China and abroad respectively. The author puts forward a formula about the calculation of Chinese comprehensive index of Green GDP in the end. The conclusion comes in the last part that mentions the prospect of the index deducted here and some relative problems to be solved.
