髋关节腔穿刺减压空心螺钉内固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨应用髋关节腔穿刺减压空心螺钉内固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法41例股骨颈骨折的青壮年患者,均给予早期髋关节穿刺减压、闭合复位三枚AO钛合金空心螺钉内固定治疗,术后维持髋关节屈曲30°,膝关节屈曲30°,外展10°及旋转中立位牵引。结果所有患者平均随访23.3个月,其中3例骨折不愈合,5例发生股骨头缺血性坏死,按Harris评分标准:优23例,良14例,髋关节功能总优良率90.2%。结论对于青壮年股骨颈骨折应用早期髋关节减压、坚强内固定及术后牵引以增加内固定稳定性可有效的促进骨折愈合,减少股骨头坏死的发生。
