摘要
由于跨界民族使我国的民族问题具有国际性特点,因而它直接影响到我国与周边国家的关系,影响我国边疆的稳定;跨界民族问题也是美国等国际反华势力和组织干涉我国内政,阻挠我国和平发展的主要借口,直接影响我国和平崛起的国内环境和国际环境。所以我们必须从和平崛起战略的高度重视解决跨界民族问题,尤其是加大跨界民族地区的经济和社会的全面发展,使我国各族人民共同奔向小康社会。
the trans-boundary nationality makes our China＇s ethnic problems international, so it has direct effect on the relationship between our country and perimeter countries, and it has effect on stability of the frontier region. Trans-boundary problem of ethnics is also the excuse for the International Anti-Chinese power as the USA and organization to interfere in China＇ domestic and prevent our nation＇s peaceful development. Thus it directly effects the domestic and international environment for our country to rising abruptly in a peaceful way. Therefore, the strategy of rising abruptly in a peaceful way must be put in a high position to solve the trans-boundary problems of ethnics, in order to lead all our country＇s people to a well-off level life, especially broaden the economy of trans-boundary rejoins and the society＇s full development.
