摘要
本文对大型综合性医院住院管理科建设与管理的方法进行了探讨,主要有改进患者服务流程,改革工作模式,合理疏导高峰患者流,注重特殊人群需求,加快信息化建设,创造优美的就诊环境,和狠抓住院质量管理的软件建设。这对改进住院管理科的管理水平和服务的质量有一定的指导意义。
This article makes some discussions on the improvement of patient admission management in the general hospital. The main methods include improving service flow, leading the peak patient stream in reason, paying attention to the demand of special groups, enhancing the construction of informatization, creating the exquisite environment and constructing the management software hardly. These may help us to improve the management level and service quality in the patient admission.
