摘要
作者通过对品牌医院本身特点和外部属性的分析,认为品牌医院不易仿造性与显明的独特性是品牌医院基本的特性,持续创新性和社会群体认可性是品牌医院外部属性 系统提出品牌医院创新方法学建立的几大要素,较完整的提出扩展业务和竞争等具体方法和手段。强调品牌医院改变环境不如改变自己,变才能保和自我否定是品牌医院建立的创新内动力。
By analyzing the characteristics of exterior and interior of hospital, the paper points out that uneasily being resembled and obvious special characteristics are basic characteristics of hospital, keeping on creativeness and being approved by social community are the exterior characteristics of brand hospital. Then it elaborates the main factors of innovation of brand hospital and the methods and means of expanding the business or competition system-atically and completely. It emphasizes that grand hospital should change not only environment but itself, ego negation is the inside motive to establish a brand hospital.
