摘要
目的：探讨国际灾害医疗救援队员的健康保障方法。方法：给予医疗队员全程健康保健支持，在出国准备、执行任务、回国休整三个阶段实施。结果：4批医疗救援队员全部平安回国，未发生安全事件，无传染病发生。结论：医院建立灾害救援应急保障体系至关重要，预防为主是医疗队员健康保健的基本点。
Objective： Methods are discussed to safeguard health of international medical - team member in succor. Methods ：health support medical team member is implemented in all process that divides into three phases such as preparative phase, carrying out mission abroad, repatriating fallow. Results： All of four international succor medical teams have repatriated safely. There are no safe events and no infectious diseases. Conclusions： It is important to set up an emergency to ensure system of disaster succor, and health defend is chief for every member.
