摘要
文化力作为一种软国力和全部综合国力的渗透性要素,在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出。尤其是作为文化力的基础的科技与教育已经成为决定综合国力的关键因素。在我国,文化力的总体水平在不断提高。但在一些具体指标上还是与发达国家有着不小的差距。促进小康社会的文化力建设,要求我们在加强主导文化建设,积极进行文化创新,实施科教兴国战略,大力发展文化产业和深化文化体制改革等方面全面推进。
Cultural power, as a soft power and an important element in a country＇s total synthetic power, is playing an increasingly important role in the synthetic power competition. Science and technology, the foundation of cultural power, have become the keys to decide a country＇s synthetic power. Though the cultural power in our country has been promoted a lot in recent years, it is still far behind the developed countries. This fact requires us to strengthen the constmction of leading culture and cultural innovation, put forward cultural industry, and deepens the reform of cultural system.
