摘要
随着高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高校的财务管理体制与学校内部管理需求不相适应,必须建立“统一领导,集中和分级管理相结合”的财务管理体制,以理顺校内各种经济关系,提高财务管理水平,更好地为学校的教学、科研和后勤保障服务。
With the educational system reform in universities, the finance management system in them is not able to meet the demand of the universities＇ management. In order to better serve the various departments of the university, it＇ s necessary, to set a finance management system of unified leadership with the combination of concentrated and graded management.
