摘要
研究不同掺La浓度下BaF2闪烁晶体的慢成分抑制特性对于该晶体的实际应用具有十分重要的意义.通过同步辐射闪烁先衰减时间谱和X光激发发射光谱的测量,系统地获得了在掺La含量小于或等于1%(质量百分比)范围内国产BaF2:La闪烁晶体的快、慢成分抑制比,两种独立方法的实验结果基本吻合.
The investigation of slow component suppression with the density of La dopant in BaF2 scintillation crystal is of great significance for the crystal application. Through the measurements of decay time of scintillation light with synchrotron radiation source and X-ray excited emission spectra, the ratioes of fast components to slow ones of domestic BaF2: La crystals with the contents of La dopant within 1%(m%) have been systematically obtained. The results of the two independent experiments are close to each other.
