摘要
建设和谐社区是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。为此,本文通过对社区的基本内涵、现代社区的具体特征和功能、当前的社区发展形势做出重新评估,提出了和谐社区建设的新理念,即把社区建成弥合阶层分化的、平等的生活空间,化解经济矛盾、避免社会冲突的整合空间,累积价值传统、维系社会规范的文化空间,从而形成均衡有序的现代社区结构,构建安居乐业、守望相助的地方性生活共同体。同时,本文也提出了达成这一目标的若干策略建议。
In this paper, the authors point out that a harmonious society should be based on harmonious communities, and put forward a new ideal of how to construct a harmonious community. Through re-evaluating the connotations of community, the concrete characteristics and functions of modern community, and the contemporary practice of community development in China, they argue that a harmonious community should be such a space as to give different social groups an equal public life, to turn economic contradictions and social conflicts into social integration and cooperation, to accumulate residential ideas into local tradition and to support the social standards. Moreover, the authors give some operative advice for the construction of a harmonious community in the end.
