摘要
本文是国家自然科学基金资助项目《中国城市土地综合开发与调控理论》的研究框架。文章分析了中国现代城市开发的基本运行特征和调控机理，提出并概述了中国城市开发的准市场理论、城市土地利用效率理论以及城市开发的综合调控理论。
This article is the outline of the research project entitled 'the comprehensive development of the Chinese urban land and the control theory' supported by the National Natural Scientific Research Fund. The article raises and expresses the quasi-market theory,the efficient theory of urban land use and the comprehensive control theory of urban development.
