脑苷肌肽注射液治疗急性颅脑损伤临床疗效分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:寻求急性颅脑损伤后有效治疗途径。方法:179例患者分对照组87例和治疗组92例,对照组采用常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上加用脑苷肌肽注射液。结果:治疗组:中型颅脑损伤,开颅手术,硬膜下及脑内血肿愈后良好率分别为79.04%、59.18%、68.00%,比较对照组采用X2检验P<0.05差异有显著意义。结论:脑苷肌肽注射液能改善急性颅脑损伤病人预后,提高生存质量,降低死亡率。 Objective: To explore an effective measure in treating acute brain injury. Method: One hundred and seventynine patients with acute brain injury were randomly divided into the experimental or control groups. The control group of 87 cases was treated with conventionally combined treatment and the experimental group of 92 cases with conventionally combined treatment and, in addition, cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection were given simultaneously. Results: The difference between the experimental group and control, group was insignificant ( P 〈 0.05). In the experimental group, the fararable prognosis ration of subgroup of moderate brain injury, cranioctomy, subclural and intracrebral hematoma was 79.04%, 59.18%, 68.00%, respectively, which differes significontly with the control group with X^2 test Conclusion: Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection might improve the prognosis of acute brain injury with better life quality and decrease mortality.
