摘要
用NADPH黄递酶组织化学法观察了一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在大鼠脑干的分布。实验用Wister大鼠10只,常规灌注固定处理,取脑作冰冻连续切片,片厚40μm,间隔3张取1张。NADPH酶组织化学染色。结果表明:NOS阳性神经元主要分布于中脑和脑桥上部,延髓分布极少。在上丘浅灰质层(SUG)、中脑导水管周围灰质背外侧部(LDCG)、中缝背核(NRD)、被盖背外侧核(LDTDTg)、桥脚被盖核(PPTg)最为密集。其他部位如脚间核、上丘深灰质层、下丘,其它中缝核团以及脑干的网状结构也有少量分布。在脑干的运动核团和中脑导水管周围灰质的其它部分则未见分布。NOS神经元在脑干的分布提示,NO可能参与了脑干内多种功能的调节。
The distribution of nitric oxide (NO) synthase positive neurons in the rat brain stem was studied with NADPH diaphorase (NADPH-D) histochemistry method. Male rats were used.The rats were treated with routine met hod,and the frozen sections of the brain stem were stained for NADPH diaphorase activit y. NADPH-D positive neurons mainly distributed in mesencephalon and pons. A few of the positive neurons could be seen in medulla. NADPH-D positive neurons in the superficial gray layer of superior colliculus (SUG), laterodorsal central gray( LDCG), dorsal raphe nucleus(NRD), laterodorsal tegmental nucleus (LDTg) and pedunculopotine tegmental nucleus (PPTg)were very dense. A few of positive neurons were seen in interpeduncular nucleus (IPC), deep gray layer of the superior colliculus and inferior colliculus. Positive cells were not seen in motorial nucleus of the brain stem,and other part of periaqueductal gray matter.The result indicated that NO may play an important role in the brain stem.
