摘要
本文应用小波分析的多分辨率特性精确的测定散射波的波达时刻，去除了白噪声和时间抖动噪声的影响。
The arrival time of electromagnetic back scattered wave is precisely detected by using the multiresolution analysis.And the effects of white noise and time jittered noise on the sample of the received signal are removed.The results show the methoed is valid.
