摘要
流浆箱是造纸机的关键部件,纸机车速的提高和市场对纸张质量的要求使得流浆箱在结构、性能和控制上都在不断地改变和提高。作者在文中概述了流浆箱的作用和性能要求,对敞开式流浆箱、气垫式流浆箱、水力式和半水力式流浆箱的性能进行了详尽的分析和比较,最后阐明了流浆箱的发展趋势。
Headbox is one of the key components in a paper machine. Continual changes and improvements are undergoing for headbox in structure, performance and control owning to the increasing demands both on the speed of paper machine and on the quality of paper. The function and performance requirements are illustrated briefly in this paper. A detailed analysis and comparison is done on the performance of the different kind of headbox such as open semi-hydraulic headbox. The future development trend headbox, air-cushioned headbox, hydraulic and is depicted in the end.
