摘要
综述了近年来国外湿敏元件及其传感器的发展动态，重点介绍了电容式、电阻式等湿度传感器所采用的新材料、新结构以及新工艺．文中指出，对发展高分子电阻式湿度传感器这一技术动向应予以重视．
Development of Foreign humidity sensors is summarized in recent years. The new material, structure and technique used in capacitive and resistive humidity sensor, etc. are given emphasis to introduce. Development of high polymer resistive humidity sensor must be laid stress.
