摘要
本文分析了采用图案型偏转电极的全静电摄像管的特点，介绍了整管的结构设计。设计并制作了两种不同结构、性能良好的２／３英寸全静电摄像管，中心分辨率为４５０电视行，畸变小于１．５％。
