摘要
美德联合研制的一架X-31研究机1995年1月19 日在NASA德莱顿飞行研究中心试飞时坠毁,试飞员跳伞生还。X-31总共制造了两架,这次坠毁的是1号机。NASA组织的事故调查委员会在事故调查报告中指出,酿成事故的原因是空速探头部分结冰。
It is found that the X-31 crashed at NASA ' s Dryden Flight Research Center on Jan . 19, 1995 because partial pilot icing caused the measured airspeed to read low as the aircraft descended, resulting in flight control gains that were too high for the actual airspeed . The excessive gains caused the fly-by wire aircraft to become unstable and go out of control.
