摘要
分析了分布式并行处理系统990STAR─1的系统结构特征,讨论了它的操作运行环境,剖析了在这种多处理器同步系统上实现异步算法的缓冲机制.以地震数据处理为例,介绍它的应用现状及发展前景,对系统性能也作了评估分析.
A distributed parallel computing system 990 STAR-1 has been recently developed in Wuhan Digital Engineering Institute. The paper analyzes its architecture characteristics, discusses the operation environment, and explores a smart buffering scheme for implementing asynchronous algorithm on the 990 STAR-1 synchronous machine. A seismic data processing application demonstrates the state-of-the-art and the performance of 990 STAR-1.
