摘要
鉴于目前《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》实施以来,多数承包商在没有自己的企业定额情况下,无法合理地投标报价,本文利用模糊数学和灰色理论等数学方法建立了相应的投标报价模型,以便于投标参与者和决策者快速、准确、客观地确定工程造价。
Along with the development of our country, the bill valuation mode on construction cost has been developt and applied in tendering and bidding, construction enterprises should calculate the biding price based on their own ration, but the widely construction enterprises have not construct their own enterprise ration today. In order to find out the solution to process this mode, a fast - estimate cost system is explored with fuzzy and gray theory in this paper.
