摘要
回顾我国泥石流研究与防治，４０多年来经历了三个不同的阶段，从起步、发展到趋向成熟。目前，区域泥石流防治对策研究，对国家重大建设项目的宏观决策起指导作用；泥石流综合治理以减轻城镇泥石流灾害为重点，工作卓有成效。泥石流预测、预报和报警工作取得了很大进展，正通过试验与运用加以完善。我国泥石流灾害防治最新进展表现为：工程结构不断创新、学术水平日益提高、管理工作不断完善，并不断地开拓防治工作的新途径。
The debris flow control in China has begun in the early of 1950s,which had gone through three periods: starting. developing and tending to be perfected. This work has been carried on from exploring to control passivly under the cordition of lacking experience and without any theory to follow to control initiativly. Summing up the experience continuously,developing the theory to being forth new ideas.At present, the study on control counter-measures of the regional debris flow has a guide effect to macroscopic policy devision of the great national construction projects. It is important for comprehensive control of debris flow to reduce disasters of cities and towns. The work has been done fruitfully. The work of caculation forcast and ieport on debris flow has got great advance, and it is being Perfected through experiment and utilize. The newest development cf the debris flow control in China express as this:the project construction has been brought forth new ideas continuously the managed work has been perfected continuously, and the new way of controlling work has been opened up continuously.
