摘要
利用胶体化学和物理化学对磁处理钻井液的微观作用进行了较详细的分析,充分说明了磁处理能使钻井液中粘土胶粒的Zeta电位增加、粘土胶粒吸附处理剂的量增大、粘土胶粒定向排列和磁处理能抑制粘土、泥页岩钻屑的水化分散,从而降低钻井液的粘度和切力。
A detailed analysis was given to microeffect of mag-netic treatment on drilling fluid.It indicated fully that magngt-ic treatment will increase Zeta-potential and amount of claycolloidal particles sorbing treatment agent in drilling fluid.Ori-ented clay colloidal particles and magnetic treatment will inhib-it hydrate and dispersion of clay and mud shale and there by lowers viscosity and shearing force of drilling fluid.
