摘要
利用体育游戏的特点,充分调动学生的积极性和对体育的兴趣,是高校体育向健康体育,快乐体育方向发展的一条重要途径,体育游戏在高校体育中有如此重要的作用,在教学中应当合理的运用,以达到较好的效果。
Teachers can use the characteristics of these games to arouse the students＇ enthusiasm and interests in PE. It＇s an important way to help PE classes in college become mere health and happy. Sports games are so important in college that teachers should apply them reasonably in their teaching process to make better effects.
