摘要
本实验利用微机测量及H-E染色的组织学方法研究了鸣禽黄眉巫鸟睾丸的体积、重量及组织学结构,比较其春、秋两季的差异。结果表明,在春季睾丸的体积、重量都远大于秋季,组织学结构也远比秋季复杂。这意味着春季黄眉巫鸟各种功能的活跃性与睾丸结构的改变所导致的激素分泌量的增多有关。
The volume, weight and histology structure of testicle in song bird E. chrysophrys was studied by using measurement and hematoxylin - eosin histology method and showed difference between in spring and autumn. The result indicated the weight of the testicle was far greater than autumn in spring, the histology structure was far too morecomplicated than autumn. This mean that the various kinds of activity function am related with the change of testicle structure, which results in the increase in the quantity of hormone in the E. chrysophrys of spring.
