摘要
利用强大的剪切力打碎炭黑的聚集体,同时在其表面进行有机小分子原位接枝反应,得到有机小分子接枝的纳米炭黑。研究结果表明,通过上述接枝处理后,纳米炭黑粒子分散均匀,且粒径接近原生粒径。热失重和红外分析证明有机小分子被接枝到了纳米炭黑表面。进一步实验表明最佳的型腔填入量为60~70%。
A nano carbon black which grafted by small organic moleculars was obtained by using the powerful shear force to break the aggregated carbon black, in addition low molecular weight compound was grafted on the surface of carbon b^ack. It was found that this grafted carbon black was the nano-particles and the particle size was closed to that of the primary particle. The analysis of TGA and FT-IR indicated that the small organic moleculars were grafted onto carbon black. The volume ratio filled in Haake rheometer was also discussed.
