摘要
本文对低泵浦功率下1480um泵浦的掺铒光纤放大器的特性进行了数值分析,分别给出了正、反向泵浦下小信号(1μW)输入时掺铒光纤放大器的增益-泵浦功率和噪声指数-泵浦功率曲线,说明了低泵浦功率对掺铒光纤放大器特性的影响。
This paper performed a numerical analysis of characteristics of an erbium-doped fiberamplifier with low pump power under co-and counter- propagating pumping schemes at 1480 um band, respectively. We obtained gain-pump power and noise figure-pump powercurves under small signal launching power condition, which could predict the performancesof the EDFA.
