摘要
从少子(少数载流子)的能量出发,着重讨论了晶格能和交换能的相对重要性,研究了外界条件对少子的行为及对材料性能,特别是导电性能的影响。
In this paper, the relative importance of crystal energy and exchange energy of minority charges is discussed. The effects of the environment on the behaviour of minority charge and the characteristics of material, especially on the conductivity are studied. The detailed investigation on the mechanism of the electronic phase transformation is given.
