摘要
超基性岩型硫化镍铜多金属共生贫矿石中矿物种类繁多,镶嵌关系复杂,伴生有什金属丰富。该矿石的分选,尤其是精矿降镁难度大.研制了一各以As—4为捕收起泡剂分速浮选,中矿添加AT─4、AT—5等调整剂集中再选的BFP全混合浮选新工艺,获得了良好的指标.
There exist a grcat varicty of mincrals adn associated valuable metals in a ultrabasic multimeta poor nickel-copper sulfide ore,and the relation of the minerals are complex.It is dif ficult it bencficiate the ore,specially to remove MgO-containing mincrals from flotation concentrate. Researchers have developed Researchers have developed a novel bulk flotation technological process(BFP),that is, bencficiating mineral particles according to their flotation velocity using a As-4 collector-frother,and centralized to separate again using AT-4,AT-5 as modificrs. An excellent metallurgical performance has been obtained when the new process is employed to beneficiate the poor ore.
