摘要
本文介绍了ＮＧＳ型高效深锥浓缩机的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数、高效化措施和试验结果。试验表明，该设备对铁、银、铜、硫、金产品和尾矿浓缩，单位处理能力达１８０～１５００ｋｇ／ｍ￣２·ｈ，底流浓度达４０％～７０％，溢流水浊度小于５００ｐｐｍ，被认为是固液分离的高效率脱水设备。
The paper presents the structure,working principle,main technical parameters,measuresfor high efficiency and test results of NGS high efficient deep cone thickener. Tests have shown that forthickening of iron I silver,copper, sulphur and gold concentrates and tailings, its capacity can be 1801500kg/m' .h,the underflow density 40% ￣70K and the turbidity of overnow lower than 500ppm. As aresult,it is considered as high efficient dewatering equipment for solid-liquid separation.
